Final Reminder - Celebration of Learning
The second-semester Celebration of Learning will take place on Friday, March 15th, from 3:30 - 5:00 pm in the BBT and Hall of Light. Students from across the high school will exhibit classroom work from the semester and will be on hand to talk with visitors about their learning. Please join us!
Final Reminder CABARET!
Come one, come all to AISC's Greatest Show on Friday, March 15th where you will see amazing performances by dancers, magicians, musicians, and singers of all ages! Come see Mr. Remy, Mr. K, and Mr. Izzy rock out as the "House Band" for this Friday night festival. Tickets (Rs. 200) are on sale in front of the BBT. FAC Atrium doors open at 5:30 for light refreshments, magic acts, and live violin playing. You do not want to miss it!
CNN #MyFreedomDay - A Message from MUN IMPACT
From March 7th to March 15th, MUN Impact will be conducting a series of activities to raise awareness about modern-day slavery, as part of the CNN #MyFreedomDay initiative. These activities include, but are not limited to a Lap-a-Thon, the creation of a Peace Tree, a social media takeover, blue ribbon campaign, and many more. Please show your support by taking part in the activities during the week and please see the link below for more information:
Student to Teacher Feedback Surveys
For the second time this year, students will be asked to complete an anonymous survey to give feedback to all of their teachers on Monday and Tuesday, March 11th and 12th. Students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and to give feedback that is both specific and constructive. Teachers will receive personalized reports the following week and will share, in broad strokes, the results with students before Spring Break.
Mid-Semester Progress Reports and Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences Link
Mid-semester progress will be sent home with students on Friday, March 15th. While you will be able to see scores online at that time, the downloadable .pdf report will only be available the following week.
Parents and students are invited to attend “drop-in” conferences in the gym from 8:00 - 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 19th. “By appointment” conferences will be available from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm in teachers’ classrooms that same day.

Next Steps with Registration - Repeat Announcement
On Monday, March 18th, students will receive a “registration verification form” in their first block class. This represents the last chance for a student to change their desired courses before we build the schedule. On the 18th students are asked to do one of the following after reviewing the sheet:
- Confirm the choices remain correct by immediately signing and returning the form to the first block teacher.
- Indicate a typographical error (eg: registered for French 1 rather than French 2) by striking through the typo, writing in the correct course and immediately signing and returning the form to the first block teacher.
- Making a change to a course (eg: AP Human Geography instead of AP Economics) by striking through the course to drop, writing in the course to add, collecting any relevant signatures (parent, teacher) and returning the completed form no later than 12:30 pm on Monday, April 1st.
No changes to requests will be made after 12:30 pm on April 1st as the master schedule building process will begin. The next opportunity to make a schedule change will be in late May/early June pending space available.
