Progress Update - Today

Today is an official progress update. Teachers have made every effort to update PowerSchool as of 4:00 pm today. This is the final progress update before the official mid-semester progress reports are sent home November 1st.

MUN IMPACT - World Food Day

MUN IMPACT is sponsoring a food drive to mark World Food Day from October 16th to October 23rd. Boxes can be found at various places around campus and all non-perishable items are accepted. Food will be donated to Seva Semajam.

Student Parent Teacher Conferences - Save the Date

First semester Student Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, November 7th. No classes will be in session on this day.

Parents can avail of two different types of conferences: drop-in and by appointment.

Drop-in appointments are scheduled from 8:00 until 10:00 am and will take place in the gym. Parents will find all teachers available in the same place are ten-minute check-in conferences will be completed on a first-come-first-served basis. As all of the teachers are present, parents can strategize the order in which they meet with teachers based on availability.

By appointment conferences are scheduled from 10:30 am until 5:00 pm and will take place in teacher’s classrooms. These conferences are also ten minutes in length but their location allow for a more private atmosphere. The link to sign up for by-appointment conferences will be emailed home on Wednesday, October 30th and linked to the Principal’s Notes on Friday, November 1st.

An Invitation from Ms. Bade - IB Psychology Teacher

You are invited to participate in our Psychology Experiment Event!

For the internal assessment for IB Psychology, students must replicate a peer-reviewed, published study with participants over the age of 16. Each group needs at least 20 volunteers. Please join us, and bring some friends, for a Psychology Experiment Event!

This shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes of your time and will be a whole lotta fun! You can participate in as many different experiments as you would like to be involved in (there are 3 being run). Each group will be using a classroom as their “lab”; they will conduct the experiment a few different times to ensure enough (and appropriate) data for their experiment.

Date: Monday, October 21st
Time: 3:45-4:45
Location: HS Social Studies/English classrooms
