A Note from the Nursing Office
Student health records are important sources of
information. Please note the following requirements for next year. Parents who have any questions should follow up with the nurse's office directly.
· On initial enrollment or at the beginning of grade 3, 6, or 9, a
physician completed form must be
provided.
· Students with significant allergies, on daily medication or who have experienced changes in their health status, should submit the annual form completed by a physician.
· All forms are due by the end of the second week of school.

Report Card Pick Up and Online Access for Grades 9 - 11 - Repeat
Announcement
Report cards and other transfer documentation
will be available for pick up from June 5th onwards. Shortly after that date,
report cards will also be available for download from PowerSchool.
Please note that teachers do not write
personalized comments for the end-of-year report card. As such, you can expect
to see a score for each of the achievement strands, as well as an overall
course score, and a rating for each of the learning habits. We have added a
data visualization feature to the report card in which you can see a comparison
of performance for semester one and two by reporting strand. We hope families
find this helpful in discussing individual strengths and areas of growth across
disciplines.
Sincerely,
Joelle Basnight
High School Principal
