A Note from Operation Smile
Operation Smile will be holding a Yard Sale to raise money for cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries. The Yard Sale will take place on Friday, April 26th, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Unity Courtyard.
Please put your donations in bins marked 'Operation Smile Yard Sale', which may be found in the HS Office, MS Office, ES Office, ES/MS Library, ES Cafeteria, ES gate, and main gate from April 1st to April 15th.
Please donate items in good condition that you no longer use, and that other families would like to buy. These could include books, toys, sports equipment, household items, games, etc. Operation Smile volunteers will then sell these items, with all profits going to the organization.
Thursday, April 18th, Election Day
Please note that Thursday, April 18 is a Poll Day for General and Assembly bi-elections in Tamil Nadu and has been declared a public holiday. There will be no classes (or virtual learning), student activities, or scheduled meetings. The campus will remain closed.
Save the Date - High School Parent Coffee
Please join the counselors and I for our final coffee of the year on Tuesday, April 30th, at 8:45 am in the BBT. The counselors will present the data from the Wellbeing survey given earlier in the year.
Second Semester Final Exam Schedules - Repeat Announcement
The second-semester exams for grade 12 students will take place on May 16th and 17th.
The second-semester exams for grades 9 - 11 will take place from May 27th until May 31st.
The exam schedules can be found here. Please note that we do not give exams early for any reason and we also cannot allow students to take or make-up exams after Saturday, June 1st.
IB Art Exhibition Opening - Repeat Announcement
Please join us on Monday, April 8th at 4:00 pm for the opening of the IB Art Exhibition in the FAC Artium.
