Dear Students and Parents,
Congratulations to everyone as this exciting year comes to a close. A special welcome to our grade 8 students… welcome to High School! Further, a sad farewell to our graduates. We wish them the best of luck!
Student Records
Second semester report cards will be available via Skyward on Friday, June 12th from 4:00 pm onwards. Families needing paper records can collect them at this time. Due to the renovation work taking place in the High School, please visit Sunita and Priya in the Middle School office (their temporary headquarters for the summer).
Health Forms
Please check your email for the 2015/16 Health Form. This form is due upon your return in the fall. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Student Schedules for 2015/16
A tentative schedule for all students is available on Skyward. Please note that while the courses listed will not change, the block and teacher assigned may shift throughout the summer as we withdraw departing students, add new ones and balance the size of the classes.
Final schedules will be issued on paper on the first day of school. What appears on Skyward on the morning of August 6th will be the student’s final schedule.
Schedule Change Requests
Kindly note that students wishing to make schedule changes should wait until they return to school in the fall. Our counselors need to enjoy their vacation and, as such, will not respond to schedule change requests during the summer.
Discover India 15/16 - A Message from Mr. McFarland
While we are all off scattered during the summer, families might want to pick up a few things for the 2015 Discover India trips. Some of the trips have specific equipment requirements. Over the summer please take a look at the Discover India page on Moodle for details about the required and suggested items for students to have that you might not already own. For instance, some trips should have cameras (not cell phone cameras), backpacks or sleeping bags (though some may be available to rent). To get a glimpse into what the students experienced last year, check out this video that students made to show off Discover India 2014.
